1. Who we are

2. What we sell

We sell digital research products and, in some tiers, scheduled consultation time:

• Country Guides — written execution guides covering the offices, fees, document ordering sequence, letter templates and known pitfalls for a citizenship-by-descent process. Delivered as a PDF by email on purchase. No account is created and none is needed.
• The included review call — every Country Guide comes with the option of a one-hour call, to be used if the guide does not fit your line or you believe something in it is wrong for your case. Booking details are sent with your download.
• Ancestor Records Trace — a manual search of publicly accessible digitised archives, delivered as a written report, plus the execution guide for your eligible country where one is published.

What each product includes is described on the Services page at the time you buy. That description is what we owe you.

3. What we are not

We are not a law firm, not an immigration adviser, and not a government agency. We have no affiliation with any consulate, embassy, archive or citizenship authority. Nothing we sell or publish is legal advice, and buying from us does not create a lawyer–client relationship. See our full disclaimer.

4. No guarantee of outcome

We do not guarantee that you are eligible for any citizenship, that any application will be accepted, or that any office will respond within any period. Citizenship law changes, is interpreted differently by individual offices, and is affected by litigation and legislative reform. Our products organise information; they do not control decisions made by foreign governments.

We date-stamp our research and correct errors when we find them, but you are responsible for confirming current requirements with the relevant authority before you act or spend money.

5. Your licence to use the guides

When you buy a guide, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own family's citizenship case. You may share it with immediate family members pursuing the same ancestral line.

You may not:

• resell, republish or redistribute the guide or its letter templates;
• use it to provide paid services to third parties;
• share or re-upload your copy of the file.

Each purchase is for one person's use on their own family's case.

6. Delivery

Your guide is emailed to the address you enter at checkout. There is no account and no login. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder first, then contact [⚠️ NOT SET: PLACEHOLDER_SUPPORT_EMAIL] and we will resend it.

We correct these guides when we verify a change. Corrections are free to anyone who has bought the guide — email us for the current version at any time.

7. Payment

Payment and delivery are handled by our third-party store, which acts as merchant of record and appears on your statement. We never receive or store your full card details. Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Your bank may add currency conversion or international fees that we do not control.

8. Refunds

Our refund terms are set out in full on the Refund Policy page, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Consultation calls

You are responsible for booking your call using the scheduling link sent with your download. Calls are advisory conversations about document organisation and process, not legal advice. If you miss a booked call without at least 24 hours' notice, we will try to rebook you once as a courtesy but are not obliged to.

Unbooked calls expire twelve months after purchase. The written guide does not expire.

10. Changes to content

Citizenship rules change. We update our guides as we verify changes, and updates to a guide you own are included at no extra cost. We may also change, restructure or retire products for future buyers; that does not affect access you have already paid for.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Passport Heritage or its products is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We are not liable for application fees, translation costs, travel, lost time, missed deadlines, or any decision made by a consulate, court, archive or government office. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including, for consumers in the EU and UK, your statutory rights.

12. Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site, attempt to access content you haven't bought, or submit other people's personal information to our forms without their knowledge. We may suspend accounts that do.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of [⚠️ NOT SET: PLACEHOLDER_JURISDICTION]. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your home jurisdiction.
